How long will it take to receive my order?

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ROYAL MAIL ARE ADVISING OF DELAYS IN DELIVERING PARCELS AND, AS SUCH, ONCE AN ORDER LEAVES US IT WILL LIKELY TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE THAN THE STANDARD TIMES LISTED BELOW. PLEASE TAKE THIS IN TO ACCOUNT WHEN ORDERING AND CONTACTING US. YOUR PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED.

After your products have been created and quality checked, average shipping times are as follows: 

United Kingdom: 7 - 14 working days

Europe: 7 - 14 working days

United States, Canada, Australia: 7 - 14 working days

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time (maximum 10 working days) please make us aware, and we will check the status of your order. 

Provided the order has been shipped and lost in the post, we cannot make a claim with the Royal Mail until 10 days from postage has passed. 

In busy periods, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer due to both our and Royal Mail's workload. If the item(s) will be longer than an additional day to be dispatched, we will let you know via email.

Please ensure that shipping details are correct when ordering. We do not accept liability for items that are shipped if incorrect details are given. If an item is returned to us as incorrect shipping details were given, or delivery was attempted but not possible, we refund the item once returned to us minus shipping costs.

Please allow 30 days for delivery before contacting us as there may be delays at customs or the item may need to be returned to us.

Are there custom charges?

Where a product is shipping internationally (for example from the USA to Europe) your order may be stopped and checked at customs.  As well as delaying your delivery you may be asked to pay an additional customs charge.

Each country has different customs rules, with the fee usually based on various factors such as weight, value and size.

It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs fees due. Icenickel.com does not take responsibility for delays by customs or customs charges.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to ship every order out as soon as we can. If we have not yet shipped out your order, we can easily change the address for you.

I ordered the wrong size. What should I do?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We start making every shirt as soon as we can. If we have not started printing your shirt(s), we can easily switch out the size for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to make and ship every order as soon as we can. If we have not yet made or shipped out your order, then we can easily cancel your order for you.

If you order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel or refund your order except in the case where a product is faulty.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you are in need of an exchange or return, please contact sales@icenickel.com first to confirm the appropriate action to take.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. 

Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received wrong or damaged items. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: Colour representation is only as accurate as the web design process allows.

Do you offer refunds?

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

What are the garment care instructions?

  • Wash at 30 degrees Celsius, inside out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron over print

I received a defective shirt. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that. Send us pictures to verify the problem and notify us as soon as possible at sales@icenickel.com. We will send you a new shirt(s) with expedited shipping (at no cost to you).
